Català: Escut de la Vila Joiosa (Marina Baixa, País Valencià): «D'atzur, el tot sostingut d'ones d'argent i atzur, un veler d'argent contornat, abanderat en popa, acompanyat de dues torres del mateix, merletades i maçonades, i somat d'un escussó caironat, d'or amb quatre pals de gules. Per timbre, corona reial tancada». Rehabilitat per Reial Decret 2830/1976 de 30 d'octubre (BOE núm. 295 de 09/12/1976). Els colors són els que hi apareixen a l'annex IV del Decret 72/2015, de 15 de maig.
Español: Escudo de Villajoyosa (País Valenciano, España): «De azur, el todo sostenido de ondas de plata y azur, un velero de plata alterado, abanderado en popa acompañado de dos torres del mismo metal, almenadas y mazonadas, y surmontado de un escusón, en losange, de oro, con cuatro palos, de gules. Al timbre, corona real, cerrada». Rehabilitado por Real Decreto 2830/1976 de 30 de octubre (BOE núm. 295 de 09/12/1976). Los colores son los que se indican en el anexo IV del Decreto 72/2015, de 15 de mayo.
