  • The BLM manages public lands in Oregon and Washington that are home to some of the most diverse and incredible wildlife species and habitats. The BLM cooperates closely with state wildlife management agencies in improving fish and wildlife habitat conditions, restoring animal populations, providing forage and water, and managing habitats to attain appropriate wildlife population levels. The BLM also welcomes and encourages the cooperation of wildlife groups, sports clubs, and others interested in wildlife management.
