Español: La siguiente animación muestra un ejemplo de lagar, en el podemos observar como llega la uva a la tolva de recepción y mediante un sistema de tornillos sin fin va hasta la primera unidad operativa, la despalilladora. Esta va desgranando los racimos de uva, los cuales caen en la molturadora que tritura la uva rompiendo el hollejo y liberando la pulpa y una fracción de mosto.
British English: This animation shows a winery example. The grapes arrive to the reception Hopper and they are carried by an endless screw system to the first operative unity, the destemmer.
The destemmer deskenels the grapes bunch. Grapes fall down into the grinder, that mixes the grapes.
