En la següent llista s'arrepleguen les estrelas més massives que es coneixen, ordenades d'acort a la seua massa, expressada com a número de masses solars.

La massa estelar és l'atribut més important d'una estrela. Junt a la composició, la massa determina la seua lluminositat, el seu tamany i, en última instància, el seu destí.
